An animated intro cutscene should provide players with the basic outline of the scenario's backstory (or pertinent sections thereof). This cutscene can be skipped by setting a parameter in the Scenario Set-Up Screen (uses difficulty setting menu, see 'Levels of difficulty must be offered.' requirement).
